The Catherine

The concierge team is friendly and helpful, and having that extra layer of security is reassuring. The building is well maintained and feels extremely safe, which mattered a lot to me living in downtown Austin. Maintenance responds quickly, too. There’s a coffee bar, a large pool, a gym, and a private resident rooftop bar, all in good shape. My neighbors are friendly, and the community feels welcoming. I’d recommend this building to anyone looking for a luxurious, safe place in downtown Austin Texas.

The 1+1 apartment with a balcony is quiet, spacious, and well designed. There’s a sand voleyball beach right next to the apartment and it’s easy to walk along the river. Residents and their guests can use the exclusive rooftop bar, which has a one of a kind view and around 4-5 events each month. Guest parking inside the building is limited. You get a referral fee of about one month’s rent. Until 2027, you’d enjoy the best view here.

The Catherine is in a great spot, with Zilker Park and the Town Lake Trail right outside, and it’s very dog-friendly. The pool and fitness center are excellent and kept in good shape. The community feels lively thanks to monthly events with live music, DJs, and sports on the TVs. We also love the Sky Lounge, the resident-and-guest bar on the 19th floor. The Austin skyline views are incredible, and Anup, the bar manager, makes it feel special whenever we visit. Patty, Jay, and Brandi are welcoming and helpful, and it’s clear the management team cares about residents. The maintenance staff is professional, efficient, and quick to respond. We couldn’t be happier living at The Catherine and highly recommend it for the community, location, and luxury.

A really nice place to stay, right by the river walking trail and next to a sand voleyball area if that’s your thing. It’s very central, with visitor parking available, which is handy. The rooftop bar is the best, and it’s only for residents and their guests.
