For exactly 8 months and 24 days, this was where I lived, and I had a wonderful time. The staff and the other long-term guests always helped me feel good and safe, and I was satisfied with the people and the facilities throughout my stay. Everything I might need is within walking distance, which was my favorite part. I recommended the place to two friends, and they stayed a long time and were very happy too. Thanks again to the whole team for making my time here good.

It was a good place at a fair price, I paid 355 a week, but several things weren't disclosed before booking. About once a week, cleaning is mandatory and you have to be out of the room; they won't reschedule it for another day. There are no pots or pans for cooking, and logging into the Wi-Fi wasn't easy. Also, the booking doesn't guarantee you'll have a room. They don't pre-authorize your card or anything, so a reservation can be cancelled or not found easily.

The overnight staff were very friendly, and the hotel itself was fine. The management staff, though, were the rudest and least accommodating we've ever dealt with across all the hotels we've stayed in. Our room had an AC problem, and we simply asked to move to one with working AC. They responded rudely and disrespectfully, then offered us the option of checking out early instead of moving us or fixing the problem. I can't understand how the woman who considered herself the facility's general manager handled the situation that way. That was not general-manager quality.

For an extended-stay hotel, the kitchen is great: two electric burners, a full-size refrigerator, a microwave, and a Keurig, with coffee and creamers included. You'll need to bring your own pots, pans, and silverware. Super Walmart is an easy two-block walk, and there's a 7-11 the same distance away, with casual spots like Little Caesars and Subway beside Walmart. The staff are very accommodating and the rooms are spotless. Wi-Fi is free, and the TV has basic cable with Showtime, though it could use more channels. I'd recommend it, especially for the price.

I liked the location, right across from a laundry and Walmart, and I always found parking. The room had plenty of space and storage, and I appreciated the non-carpeted floors, on-site EV parking, gym, laundry, vending machines, and price. I also forgot my Skinny Cow ice cream in the freezer, and left the trash at the door when I checked out this morning without taking it out. Sorry about that. I do a walk-through when I check into a room. This time there was trash in the bin under the sink, no utensils or pots, and none available to buy. There were two toilet paper rolls, but the one on the holder was already half used. When I asked the front desk for two more, she gave me one and said the hotel only provides one roll per guest per week. It's not even a huge roll, and that seems ridiculous if you're staying with kids or another person. I also didn't like the square, throw-pillow-looking pillows. Luckily, I brought my own full-length one. I ran a cycle through the coffee machine before using it. The first water looked yellow, and it was clearer after I ran it again. I highly suggest doing that with any coffee machine. The one-roll-a-week toilet paper rule and having no pots or pans to buy, unlike at most extended stays, are crazy to me.
