Woodspring Suites Austin Central

My fiancé and I have really enjoyed staying here. The price is especially good, and everything else has been a plus too. The front desk and management are extremely friendly and accommodating, and it feels welcoming for infants and children. Maintenance is excellent as well. Luis is skilled and very respectful. Thanks, WoodSprings, for caring about your work and your guests.

Everyone has been so welcoming, polite, and nice. The guest service has made this an amazing experience, especially the woman at the front desk in the mornings and afternoons. She’s thoughtful, cool, and a very hard worker. I used to be an AGM at a hotel, and I think she’d make a perfect assistant manager or shift lead. She’s also just really nice to talk to. I’ve recommended this place to lots of people and will keep doing so. WOODSPRING ROCKS!

For the great price and quiet atmosphere, I’d stay again at the WoodSpring Suites on E Highway 290. The hotel and room were clean and smelled fresh, and check-in was easy with fantastic front desk service. The receptionist recommended Bill Miller BBQ, which was excellent. Happy birthday to her, too, for working with a smile! I’d give the room a solid four stars: the bed squeaked a bit and there was no TV remote in my room. Otherwise, it was a good stay.

We came from Katy with our three kids after making a last-minute decision to stay here. We were exhausted when we arrived around 10, and my husband asked for extra pillows. They said they didn’t know. The place looked okay, but it STINKS! 😷 They used so much freshener spray in the lobby that we couldn’t sleep all night because of the smell. The kids were asleep, or we would have left that night. I’d never come back or recommend it to anybody.
