WoodSpring Suites Austin North I-35

Check-in was seamless, and my car was fine parked out back. I stayed one night without any problems. The room was pretty clean; there were a few short hairs or bits of fuzz in the shower, though I still think the shower was clean.

We were in the middle of a big move and couldn’t have asked for better accommodations. The location was immaculate, and the staff were so accommodating. We’ll definitely use Woodspring Suites again for our next family trip or whenever we need a room.

I was passing through again and, of course, chose this location. It’s handy to Ih-35, with plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The front desk, management, and housekeeping keep the hotel clean and organized, and they’re helpful whenever you need them. Sarah in particular does a great job. Thanks again to all of you, and Sarah, you’re the best!

After a 13-hour drive, we got here only to learn that our room had been cancelled through a booking site, without any notice. I’d booked it more than six weeks ahead, paid for it, and my card was charged. The site had confirmed the reservation was secured. Tia at the front desk helped me reach the GM, who said they immediately cancel reservations if a card doesn’t go through. That didn’t explain my case, since my card had been processed. The person ahead of me and the person behind me in line had also had their rooms cancelled. I’d avoid staying here, especially during busy Formula1 weekends. It’s interesting how quickly lower-rate bookings can disappear on those weekends.
