Aloft by Marriott Miami Aventura

We booked 25 rooms for a family gathering, and the hotel overbooked, with no clean rooms ready. We didn’t get our rooms until 9pm, even though the sabbath start at 5:45. We are all sabbath observer, and the local synagogue had recommended the hotel. The front desk employees were nasty and dismissed our feelings. Not one manager came to apologize. We had the worst experience. If you don’t want your affair ruined, do not stay at the Loft.

Brandy, the manager, made sure everything went smoothly and was attentive, professional, and genuinely concerned with our comfort. Kerlie, the cook, also deserves a special mention. The food was delicious and fresh, clearly prepared with care, and her passion showed. Atifah at the front desk was consistently welcoming, kind, and helpful whenever we needed anything. Aloft Aventura is modern, clean, and well located, but it’s the people who made our stay memorable and enjoyable. We had a wonderful time and will definitely return. Highly recommend it.

Atifa at the front desk made me feel especially welcome and well looked after. The staff were kind and accommodating, and the spaces were clean and well maintained. I had a lovely stay at the Aloft Miami Aventura. The location is great, and I’d definitely recommend it to family and friends.

The made-to-order complimentary breakfast was a nice highlight, with a selection of menu items. The hotel is well located for nearby restaurants and businesses, and the pool looked nice on the second floor by the front desk, though I didn’t get to swim. I spent one night here. The room was decent and a little small, but the bed was comfortable. The AC unit was loud and sat right under the window, which was distracting. The coffee maker was dusty. Service was decent overall, though the front desk staff weren’t very attentive.
