Hilton Miami Aventura

The rooms were spacious, quiet, and nicely designed, with comfortable beds and great city views. Housekeeping kept everything very clean. I also enjoyed the pool as a place to relax after a long day. A few amenities felt limited for the price, and some areas could use small updates. The hotel has a stylish lobby and comfortable common spaces, and it’s modern, clean, and well maintained. Check-in went smoothly, and the staff were friendly and professional throughout. The location is especially convenient for Aventura Mall and the surrounding area. A dependable and comfortable four star stay. I’d definitely come back.

Whew, this is definitely in my top 3 hotels! I loved the president suite and really enjoyed my stay. The staff team here tonight, 2/21/26, was amazing. I’m visiting from Texas, and this is my second night. The first night was at Homewood suites, where I had a bad experience and the team didn’t have the same positive spirit. I had to leave a review!

The hotel has big rooms, comfortable beds, a nice pool, and good food, and everything was clean. The service wasn’t what I expected, though. We had breakfast today, and the waiter’s service was terrible. When I asked for the bill, it included a 20% "automatic" gratuity.

Our room keys stopped working the day after check-in, after we’d spent about four hours in the sun at the Orange Bowl. It took around 45 minutes to get back into the room, and we had to go down to the lobby just to use the restroom. The following day, we requested room service but got pool towels instead of bathroom towels. We called the front desk and were told proper towels would be sent up, but they never came. The hotel is attractive, modern, clean, and has large, comfortable rooms. The staff we met were friendly and polite. Still, one issue kept following another, especially disappointing given my Diamond status. On check-in day, while I was in flight, I got an email saying my card had been declined and needed updating by 4:00 PM to keep the reservation. We worried it would be canceled and spent part of the flight trying to work out what had happened. At the hotel, the front desk confirmed my card was fine and couldn’t explain the email. We checked in around 5:30 PM and were told no King Deluxe rooms were available. To check in, we had to accept a downgrade to a regular King, since we were on a tight schedule. I’ve been a Diamond member for six years and expect a smoother, more reliable experience at this level. The staff were consistently friendly, but the stay was frustrating.
