The rooms were dirty, with lots of roaches, graffiti, outdated equipment, and other problems. The checkout process was even worse. On arrival, the nightly rate went from the $71 I’d been quoted on the phone to $90. He also charged me a $30 deposit, though a posted notice said $20. When I asked, he said the notice was old. He was very rude and seemed to care only about the money. He tried to keep my money until I told him to give me my change. Worst place ever. Please don’t stay here, it’s not worth it. I wish I’d taken pictures.

I stayed at Casa Blanca from July 15 to 31, and the staff made the visit memorable. They were welcoming, kind, polite, attentive, helpful, and careful about the details, which made everything feel comfortable and easy. My room was clean and recently renovated, with a fresh feel and a nice place to unwind after activities. I didn’t use many of the amenities, though the property seemed thoughtfully arranged and well maintained. I had an exceptional stay and highly recommend Casa Blanca to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming place. Thank you for the hospitality!

I’ve stayed here a few times because it’s close to what I need, and some of the redone rooms are quite nice. Online rates are a lot cheaper, and for the price it can be decent. But last night I was put in a room at the back that was disgusting. It didn’t look like housekeeping had been in: the mini fridge and microwave were very dirty, the floor looked like it hadn’t been swept or mopped in a month, and I saw four tiny roaches, not water bugs. It gets sketchy at night, with strange people riding around on bicycles. I’ll have to ask for one of the newer rooms, maybe near the entrance. I don’t think I’ll stay again if they put me in the back.
