Quality Inn Bainbridge

The bed was missing a leg, so getting into it and getting comfortable was almost impossible. There was a huge white stain on the bed skirt, and I couldn’t tell what it was, which was concerning. The room smelled of mildew and weed when we arrived. At least there was wifi. I wouldn’t recommend it, though it may be a story I tell for the rest of my life.

We found a sausage under one of the beds, and there was a flying roach behind the general manager while she was talking to us. She insisted the room was clean and denied the bugs, then tried to say we brought them. My companion and I have never had bedbugs at home. I’ve been here twice and got a skin infection, and this time I had an allergic reaction to bugs in the room. Don’t come during the holidays, and bring your own food. CHECK YOUR BEDS!

This was literally a nightmare. Our company prepaid for four rooms for the crew, but when they arrived around 10 PM, they waited an hour to check in. One person ended up sleeping in the vehicle because the hotel was so neglected. The rooms had active mold and no TVs, and there was mold and exposed wiring in the lobby too. I had to put a card down for an incidentals deposit, even though there weren’t any incidentals. On top of those deposits, the front desk clerk charged me for two extra rooms under a name I didn’t recognize. The morning clerk tried to correct it but couldn’t, so I’m waiting for the owner to fix it.

The rate was reasonable compared with other places nearby that wanted twice as much, but we had no hot water, which just isn’t acceptable. They also said there wasn’t another king room available, and there was no ice machine.
