We booked through Priceline, but when we arrived there was nobody around to help us, and the staff we encountered were not accommodating. The room was awful: it smelled of cigarettes, the pillowcases were stained, there was blood on the mattress, and we saw bugs. The fridge was dirty, and the bathroom was nasty. When I asked for our money back, I was told they don't give refunds. That left us choosing between losing the money or staying in that filthy, bug-infested room. I was extremely disappointed. My 16-year-old son and I ended up sleeping in my truck that night. I plan to contact the health department.

We needed somewhere to change for a function, but the room we were given was filthy, with dirty towels in the tub and on the floor. We hurriedly changed, took our things back to the car, and tried to return the key. The woman had locked the door and left. Earlier, we'd arrived to find the door locked and had to call for someone to let us in. She didn't know how to check us in and said the manager had gone to pick up kids from school and would be back in a minute. We waited nearly an hour before leaving a $100 bill and getting a room key. After our function, we came back to ask for our money, but there was no refund. The woman was rude; we got the change from the $100 and left. I won't go back.

Beware of bed bugs. We paid more than $90 for a filthy room that smelled like cigarette smoke, and the bed was full of bugs. They asked for a credit card even though we'd paid online, and had us sign a smoking waiver. We felt they were setting us up to be charged for smoking we hadn't done. When we reported the bed bugs and asked for a refund, an employee said the owner doesn't give refunds. They also said the bed had been made that day and was newly remodeled. The bugs were there despite the remodel, so I'd tell anyone looking for a room to go farther up the road. We're contacting the bank about a chargeback and said we'd reach out to other reviewers about a class action lawsuit if they don't refund us this week. I also plan to spend my spare time leaving one-star reviews about my experience. Instead of refunding us and quietly dealing with the bed bugs, they'll now face a chargeback and bankruptcy.

I'm not usually one to post a bad review, but this place was appalling. The water smelled like rotten hot dogs, and there was grime on the floor and bugs in the beds. A biker gang partied in the parking lot until 5 a.m. I politely asked the front desk to move us or refund us, and they refused. I might have put up with the other awful things if the service had been decent, but the staff's attitude was as bad as the smell of rotting fish and cigarette smoke in the halls. Just nasty.
