The price was right, and the staff were super friendly. It’s an older place, but my room was spotless and the microwave and fridge came in handy. The train tracks are nearby, so light sleepers should bring earplugs.

I loved hearing the trains, and there were no bugs. The microwave, fridge, and Keurig were nice to have, and the rate was hard to beat for how clean most of the room was. The front desk gentleman was helpful, too. That said, the floor was really dirty and there was someone else’s hair in the shower. Everything I wiped down did come up clean.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, but the microwave and hair dryer didn’t work. There also weren’t any hooks or towel racks in the bathroom.

Getting our luggage into the room was easy, and the room and beds were nice and comfortable. But the sink water smelled strongly metallic, like my hands had been sitting in a bin of pennies for an hour. There was also a lot of mold growing along the bottom of the shower.

Carl was so welcoming and nice, and the room was very clean. I had a really comfortable stay and would stay here again if I pass through Baker City.
