The room was comfy and really nice. Service was attentive, professional, and pleasant.

A friend of mine stayed here, and within an hour he was itching badly. When he pulled back the covers, the bed was heavily infested with bed bugs. He went straight to the office, where two men were rude to him, so he asked them to come see for themselves. The two men and the owner, a woman, came to the room. The owner’s husband and their son blamed my friend for bringing the bugs, but he posted a live video on Facebook and you could see they’d been there a while. There weren’t just a few, they were all over. Watching it made my skin crawl. In the background, the woman asked him not to record and offered to refund his money. It seemed they knew they were at fault and would be exposed. My friend is well known on Facebook and has followers around the world. They didn’t seem likely to deal with the problem, and they handled it very unprofessionally. He had to throw away all his clothes and go to the hospital to get checked. They found one bug on him, and he had bites all over. Think twice before staying here if you don’t want bed bugs.

The rooms are huge and renovated, and the manager and employees were very helpful. Awesome place to stay.

The accommodations are satisfactory, but management can be awful at times. They may be rude, uncooperative, and not courteous at all, leaving guests with no wish to return.
