Breakfast had plenty of fresh hot and cold choices, though it was served in the lobby along with the seating area. The room was very clean and welcoming, and the staff were friendly, professional, and courteous. This is a great place, and I recommend it.

Yesterday, the Wi-Fi didn't work at all in either of our rooms, 318 and 316. I tried restarting devices, reconnecting, unplugging the TV that seems to link to the router behind it, and following the provided steps, but nothing helped. We had to use our own hotspot and mobile data. I contacted staff several times, including by phone, but was told they couldn't fix it. Nobody offered a real solution or follow-up. When I reported it in person to the night agent, I was told to wait until morning. They didn't write down our room numbers or the issue, so it didn't feel like they took it seriously. The agent seemed distracted, eating and watching a TV show, and acted as if my request was an inconvenience. I left without help or clear next steps. I know how to connect and log into Wi-Fi, this isn't my first rodeo. Reliable internet is essential, and I expected better communication, follow-through, and customer care. I hope the feedback improves both technical support and service for guests with problems.

The room was clean and had a handy little kitchen area, and there’s a nice Italian restaurant just across the street. But noise from the room above kept me awake for most of the night. It sounded like a party was going on up there. I called the front desk twice, and when I asked the second time if someone could check on it, I was told there was nobody available to send. I had a long drive the next morning, and being that tired made driving feel unsafe. I’ve only stayed here once.
