Being able to park right outside the room was the best part. The room was horrible and absolutely wasn’t worth $96. Maybe $50. I’m so pissed.

The parking lot was completely empty when I pulled in, and I was looking up hotel reviews online. A very rude woman came to my car window and knocked. When I got out, she told me to leave if I didn’t have a room. I can see why the place had nobody there. The employees are terrible.

I liked the location because everything is walkable nearby, and the housekeeping staff were very nice and helpful. But I won’t be back. The woman in the office was loud, rude, and unprofessional. Our room was nasty and smelled bad, with dirty carpet and a nasty couch. We didn’t use the ironing board because it was so dirty. The fire alarm looked like it had been ripped off the wall and put in a drawer. 🙄 I was bitten seven times by a bed bug before I killed it. The AC never got cold, and it took a few days to get another refrigerator. It also took a while to get our deposit back.

Today, Sept 14th, I was lying in bed when I spotted a HUGE roach on my pillow. I went straight to the front desk, but the woman said she couldn’t move my room or refund me. Then she got smart with me again when I told her how disgusting it was. She claimed housekeeping had come by, which was a lie because I’d been up since 9am and nobody came to my door. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The woman at the front is constantly rude, and they charge whatever THEY feel like. The night before last I went in to extend my stay and was told $90. The next morning I went down to get my sister a room, and she got smart with me, saying I still owed $10. I told her I’d been quoted $90 when I extended that night. Then she said the night shift man was wrong. If the rates are steady on certain days, how could he not know what to charge unless they’re just throwing out prices?
