Hampton Inn Baltimore-Downtown-Convention Center

The room was spotless, the bed was really comfortable, and the whole place felt quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was fresh and well stocked, too. But what made the stay stand out was Kadia at the front desk. She was professional, kind, and attentive, and went out of her way to make sure we were looked after. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and everyone we dealt with was welcoming. One of my best hotel stays in a long time. I’d come back and recommend this location to friends and family. Thanks to Kadia and the team for making our night so pleasant.

Brandon made valet easy, and the hotel’s close to fun places like Babe Ruth Museum. Pickles bar next door was cool, too. The room was roomy and comfortable, and Kadia on the night shift was so friendly and helpful. Loved this hotel, a win all around!

The location worked perfectly for our event at Baltimore Convention Center, just an easy walk away. The valet attendant was great and worked really hard. But we had an awful night because our room had a king bed and a pullout sofa with no linens for the sofa. We used chat, called the desk twice, and then went down in person to ask for a blanket and two pillows. Each time someone said they’d bring them up, but nothing ever arrived. Two of us had no pillow, and the people on the sofa had no sheets or blankets. We had to share the king bed’s linens with them, and nobody got any sleep.

A good value, especially with the free breakfast and coffee and tea available around the clock. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Staff were professional, and the area felt safe. It’s close to the convention center, so I’d recommend it.
