A particularly nice touch for my sleep was the window shade. The roller blind had black felt along the edges, so it completely blocked the morning sun. The room was spacious, breakfast was free and good, and the gym was a bonus. There are already plenty of photos of the rooms here. My stay was great: quiet, secure, and clean, with front desk staff who efficiently handled everything I asked for.

The room was tidy and clean, though a little worn in places. The staff were great and went out of their way to make sure I could get my car before the valet opened at 6am. The location works well if you're going to Mercy Hospital. I'd definitely stay with them again.

Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful, but the room wasn't clean. I've stayed at Hilton hotels many times and expected better. This was far below par. The whole property could use an upgrade, a fresh coat of paint, or a deep clean. For what we paid, there shouldn't have been grime in every corner and crevice. I'll attach photos to show what I mean, since these are things that should be easy to take care of. Hilton, I thought you had higher standards. You can do much better.

We spent three nights here, Thursday through Sunday, and won't be back. The first night, the shower was barely lukewarm. I called the desk to ask whether maintenance could take a look, but was told there was no maintenance person at the hotel and they didn't know when anyone could come. They did accommodate us by moving us to another room on the same floor. The valet setup was a mess. It cost $35 a night, and there was no street space where we could just leave the car and hand over the keys. Several times we sat in the car for 20 minutes while the valet moved other cars out of the way. One evening we waited the same amount of time because they couldn't find the valet driver, even after calling him repeatedly. The rooms didn't feel very clean, and we weren't told how housekeeping worked at check-in. We asked for service Saturday morning, then learned we needed to request it the night before. We changed the bed linens ourselves and left dirty sheets and towels on the floor. Breakfast was mediocre at best. The area around the hotel didn't feel safe either. Spend extra and stay somewhere better down the street.
