My tenth-floor suite had everything I needed for a work trip and was quiet, both from street noise and sounds inside the building. It was roomy, with a couch and second TV near the entrance, plus a small kitchenette, and the bed was very comfortable. Check-in and checkout were smooth, with excellent service throughout. The location was great for the convention center, restaurants, and other attractions. I’m very happy with my stay at SpringHill Suites. Thanks!

We had a lovely weekend at the SpringHill Suites in Baltimore, and the short walk to the Inner Harbor and restaurants was convenient. Nevermore Hall was about 10 minutes away on well-lit streets. We stayed in a clean double Queen suite in an older historic building, so things aren’t new, but we had no problems and enjoyed its character, including the old bank vault in the basement. Check-in was quick and easy. Ms. King, the hotel manager, kindly helped with a credit card issue on my end and gave us personal attention. We used the valet shared with the Hampton Inn across the street without any problems. They were very busy, so arriving early is a good idea. Payment and calling for the car were both handled easily by text or online. We’d stay again.

The room was clean, the location central, and parking was probably the best priced around. Shay at the hotel bar was fun to talk with, and the prices were about what you’d expect at other bars. There were quite a few things that could be better, though. The rooms felt worn and dated, and the square pillows were awkward. There was only one USB port, which wasn’t much for two people, and the elevator music was really loud. It would’ve helped to know before arrival that parking was valet only. Someone had changed the TV picture settings, and we couldn’t adjust them. The coffee was weak and almost never hot. Breakfast looked nothing like the pictures. We came down within 15 minutes of it opening, but everything was cold. The eggs were sitting in water, the sausages looked old, and one side of the English muffin sandwich was hard. One odd thing: because of our floor, we had to use the far elevator. The cleaning staff used it a lot the first night, which is understandable, but one person nearly shut the doors as we were getting on, even though there was plenty of room.

We stayed one night and couldn’t hear any street noise from the sixth floor. Wilhemenia sorted out a parking problem for us seamlessly. She’s a real asset to the Marriot Brand and company. The hotel is lucky to have her. The man working the front desk at night on May 14 also gave exceptional service, though sadly I can’t remember his name.

For our girls’ trip, we wanted to stay somewhere central, and this hotel was a hit. It was close to all the attractions we wanted to visit, and hot breakfast was included. What impressed me most was the hospitality. Ms. King, the Front desk manager, was informative and professional, and made us feel at home. Top notch. Look for her smiling face when you’re in Baltimore.
