Bandon Marina Inn

We had a very enjoyable stay at this darling, charming hotel. The rooms are well appointed, and the location is fantastic. Check-in and checkout are handled digitally. One thing to know if you're sensitive to light or noise: there are no blackout blinds, and the walls aren't acoustically insulated.

I stayed at Bandon Marina Inn last September and found it very clean and comfortable, though the walls are thin. My next reservation, for November 17-20, 2025, with my husband and our two small dogs, turned into a catastrophe. We arrived to an upstairs room, different from the one on our prior visit, and couldn't get the entry door to open despite following the directions and trying many times. We called the number in their WebText, and a pleasant person gave us a new code. It opened once, then the door went back to being difficult or impossible to open. We decided to cancel through their site and find another place. We knew we'd forfeit the first night's charge, but we couldn't stay if we couldn't get in. With two small dogs upstairs, we couldn't risk being locked out or having them locked inside. There was no local help on the property. We reported the problem to the site several times, but nobody responded. Bandon Marina Inn also never replied over the following two months. We lost over $500 for all three nights and got no refund. We had hoped they'd at least consider a partial refund, but, more than that, the owners have made no effort to acknowledge what happened or respond to guests. It was disturbing, and I worry it could happen to someone else. You stay at your own risk of losing the whole reservation, with no exception. I stayed once and it worked; the next time, I lost over $500. With the current flawed code entry doors and no accountability or effort to make this right, I don't recommend staying here.

Lyn was so helpful, friendly, and attentive during our three-night stay at the Bandon Marina Inn. We had a cute, cozy room with everything we needed and a beautiful view of the marina. The area is walkable, with great shops and restaurants, and it's a bonus that they're pet friendly. We had the best stay and will be back soon!

We just wrapped up four nights at the Inn. It's clean and comfortable, with great views and a handy Old Town location. The lock wasn't so smart and didn't accept the code we got at check-in, but the on-call person replied quickly and gave us an alternative that worked well. The walls and ceilings are THIN, so you'll hear guests walking around, whether they're heavy footed or not. Keep that in mind if you're staying downstairs, and especially upstairs.
