The check-in process was quick and completely hassle-free. You call a number, they walk you through the property and access, and it was much faster than checking into a hotel. I found this place at the last minute, when holiday weekend availability was limited just before MLK weekend, and stayed with my wife and two daughters. We all loved it. The room was spacious, very clean, and nicely decorated. I travel for work, and the cleanliness and condition of the appliances and furniture were well above industry standard. We'll stay here next time we're back in Banner Elk.

We made very last-minute plans to bring our son for his first ski trip, and everything was so well accommodated that the trip felt special and stress-free. The service was kind, attentive, and welcoming. Little Main Street Inn has cozy, charming decor and thoughtful touches that put you at ease. It feels like stepping into your grandmother’s beautifully kept home, and like you're genuinely cared for.

Phil, the Inn Keeper, makes you feel so welcome that his hospitality spoils you. My son and I were really impressed with our stay at Little Main Street Inn. It's a handy distance from Banner Elk, neither too close nor too far, and the cozy rooms make this our new go-to when we visit Sugar Mountain.

We celebrated our second anniversary here, and it felt cozy and homey. The owners are super nice, and we'd stay again in a heartbeat, 11/10. Our room had a kitchen, living room, bedroom, and a bathroom with both a shower and jacuzzi, though rooms may vary. Guests can help themselves to board games, coffee, tea, and snacks in the hallway, such a sweet touch. The town of banner elk is also within walking distance.

We got stranded on the mountain in a two-wheel-drive car and needed somewhere safe while we waited for the ice to melt. They took us in, and we're so grateful. This place saved us. Our two little toddlers loved the tub.
