Update: after they contacted me, the renters settled down and started respecting the private land on both sides. I've moved, so I won't be updating this again. My original review was one star. I was frustrated by the new management at Baring Bend Lodge because I couldn't find a phone number to reach anyone. There had been too many times when renters got rowdy, with loud yelling or music in the evenings, especially after 10 p.m. This isn't a party neighborhood, and the land beside the cabin is private property, not somewhere guests can do whatever they like. I asked management to explain what's acceptable here and to work things out with the neighbors. Other rentals nearby cause no trouble and are welcome. I said I'd reconsider the review if I saw changes, and invited management to respond here.
