I've stayed here for the second year in a row. The owner is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are really nice, especially for the price. The service, cost, and facilities are hard to beat in Barre, Vt. I'll keep booking here when I need a place for a few nights. Thank you!

The room was large and clean, and the owner was humble and polite. He told me they had bought New World Inn last October and were working through the difficulties of updating everything that needed attention. We chose it for the great price and its location near all the places we were exploring. I'd definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

The rooms have plenty of space, but at a price comparable to a 4 star hotel, I expected the rooms and amenities to be updated. That means newly renovated rooms, new beds, new or at least clean bedsheets, and no stains around the place. The worn, sad looking white towels, wash cloths, and hand towels need replacing too.

The building and location are beautiful, and the place is extremely clean and newly renovated. Each room has a quaint balcony and plenty of in-room amenities. The owner is fantastic, and the price is very reasonable. I'd absolutely stay here again.

It’s only about five minutes from the city center, where there are local restaurants with great menus. The owner and manager gave superb service, made sure guests were happy, and even gave us a military discount. Our room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the price was very affordable. Highly recommend!
