Stickett Inn

Our hosts were great about the change and made the room switch easy. We’d originally booked SOAK, then moved to STEAM for our second night because the upstairs AC was struggling with the heat. Both rooms were charming and just what we expected. We stayed two nights for our wedding anniversary. There are charming places to eat and drink within walking distance, and the grocery store is a short drive away for supplies. We’re looking forward to booking another visit. Thanks again for accommodating our request.

The Barryville Oasis was the highlight for us. The Stickett Inn cider was really good, especially the green tea berry one, though I’ve forgotten which fruit it had. They also had nice N/A options and mocktails. The coffee shop next door was nice, too. My girlfriend and I loved the weekend here. We’d booked SOAK, but with the weather over 90, its AC couldn’t keep up and the room felt too warm. Luckily we could move downstairs to STEAM, which was awesome. The suite was unique, the steam shower was great, and I loved having a door out to the porch. I’d recommend this place if you want a cool getaway by the river that doesn’t feel uppity or like a hotel.

We loved the Soak room. The only snag was the air conditioner. It said the TV was how you controlled it, but we never figured out how to do that.

Really cozy place with an amazing vibe. The bartender was so friendly and welcoming, and the energy all around was great. The drinks were excellent.
