The room, bed, bathroom, and kitchen were all spotless, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I stayed for three days over Christmas 2025 and have no complaints about the accommodations. Getting to the room was another matter. I have a bad back and can only walk about 20 feet before needing to sit for a minute. I have an Arkansas handicapped parking sticker. Boòking dot com said there was an outside entrance beside my ground-floor room, but my family was told I couldn't use it and had to park across busy Johnstone Avenue, far from the hotel entrance. I couldn't manage that walk even with my cane, so I left my car at my family's house and had them drop me off morning and night. The place is so nice that I plan to stay again when I visit family in Bartlesville. I just need to work out a better way of reaching my room.

It was quiet and felt safe, and the weekend instructions were left at the front desk since no manager was on duty. Both the outside entrance and the room use keypads. The room was clean and had what I needed, including a refrigerator and a pod coffee maker. Towels were nice and the bathroom was fine. The bed sagged in the middle, though, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable.

We came back to Hotel Phillips for the second Christmas in a row to see our kids and grandkids. It gives us a convenient place to spend time with family, and staying there is a nice way to experience a bit of history. Highly recommend it!

The room felt cozy and comfortable, and the locals were kind and happy. Hotel Phillips is mostly apartments, with a few Airbnbs on the first floor.

The seventh-floor terrace is amazing, but tenants keep leaving it dirty. I've sent pictures several times of cigarette leftovers and junk, and there's still garbage there. They don't seem to care. The rooms are renovated and clean, and the location right in the city center is perfect. Whenever we've had a problem, staff have been quick to help. We keep struggling with the heating and AC, though, and can't get the temperature we want despite them repeatedly fixing it. The elevators are also ready for renovation.
