I spend at least 50 nights a year in hotels, usually places like IHG or home where I get a decent room and breakfast. This felt different in a good way. The room had a refrigerator, the shower was powerful, and the unusual layout worked well. I arrived during happy hour, and breakfast wasn't the usual scrambled eggs, biscuits, and waffle spread. It was something different. I come up here every other month, and it'll be nice to stay here again. Thank you.

It's a stripped-down kind of place, which I like, and everything was clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the usual buffet. You're about 30 minutes from Vail and 15 minutes from the best restaurants in Basalt. It was expensive, but everything around there was that week because of ski week.

Breakfast had a wide, tasty selection, and the shower pressure was great. My room was clean and spacious, and the staff were nice. Nico was very nice too. Highly recommend.

I still owe money because the front desk couldn't figure out how to charge the full room amount to the card on my online payment plan. They only managed a partial payment, which messed everything up. After I was charged $500+ and got 0 Marriott rewards points, staff kept trying to put the remaining amount on an old debit card that no longer exists, even though I'd updated my financial information three times after the stay. When the manager asked, I gave them my new card details by email, which didn't seem secure anyway, but that made no difference. I wanted to leave a good review, but they don't seem to know basic lodging procedures. I can't recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay sane while traveling. Get better.

I called the front desk because I needed to change my room type, and Rachel handled it amazingly. She made the change without any trouble, then called back to ask which floor I preferred. She even took a few extra minutes to share tips for getting around during the busy ski season. That's the kind of customer service that keeps me choosing Marriott hotels. I'm looking forward to staying there and thanking Rachel in person.
