The location made getting to the highway easy, and nearby there’s Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse, a gas station, and a great grocery store. The complimentary Wednesday evening dinner was nicely presented and genuinely tasty, with salad, hummus, and several warm dishes. The customer service earned an extra star. Meleah checked in by text several times and offered help, and brought a clean pot to the unit. I woke up a few days later to 4" of snow on my rental car with no scraper. When I told Sarah about the morning problem that evening, she immediately offered hers. The day after checkout, Sarah called because housekeeping had found a pair of earrings on the 4th floor and thought they might be mine. In 2025, that honesty from housekeeping and the front desk’s effort to find the owner really impressed me. One heads-up for future guests: highway noise bounces off the outside walls, so rooms #33 and #31 facing the highway can be quite noisy. The diagram provided shows the highway in red and the street in front of the building in green. A very positive stay, with thoughtful amenities and outstanding staff.

The one thing I’d suggest is a bit more attention to cleanliness in a few areas. The hotel isn’t dirty, but housekeeping seemed to have missed some spots. We had a great stay. The staff were professional, friendly, and clearly cared about their customers. The woman at the front desk, whose name might have been Amely, was especially calm, thorough, and helpful. With a little more care in those few areas, this place would be perfect.

Morgan at the front desk was kind and accommodating, and we’ll certainly come back next time we’re in the area. The hotel is close to restaurants, grocery stores, a mall, and plenty more. Our room was spacious and quiet, with a ceiling fan over the bed. It was spotless, and the towels were soft, nothing like the sandpaper kind many hotels seem to provide. Breakfast had a large selection too. A fantastic visit.

Kayla was especially kind and went out of her way to accommodate our party. She also put together one of the best hotel breakfast spreads I’ve seen, and I’ve seen a lot. Thank you, Kayla! The staff were polite, the beds comfortable, and the water pressure was amazing. Everything was super clean, and the location was close to restaurants. I highly recommend giving the place a try if you’re in the area.

When I’m back in the Akron area, I’ll definitely return to this exact hotel to see William and Jacob again. William, the guest service manager, was professional, fun, and went above and beyond for us. Jacob, the guest service associate, was awesome too. They’re lucky to have both of them working with guests. Thanks so much for the experience, you two. Keep being awesome!
