The digital key was great after a long drive. We could just get to our room, which had a kitchen with the necessities. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great, with typical hotel options plus chicken that was very well seasoned. The workers were nice, and we had a great stay!

The full-size fridge was a favorite, and the room was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the soft beds and pillows were comfortable. One of the best hotels we've stayed at.

After a grueling 9-hour drive, I arrived with a confirmed Expedia reservation and expected to check in smoothly. I had already paid for the room, but the system wouldn't assign one until I was charged for incidentals, and that part wasn't working. The front desk staff could only shrug and say corporate had to assign rooms manually. So I was exhausted and stuck without access to a room I'd paid for. I called customer service, but got no urgency or empathy, just robotic indifference. Hilton has grown too big to care and too broken to deliver. I've had better service at the dollar store. I trusted Hilton, and that trust is gone. If this is the hospitality they offer, I'll take my business elsewhere. Loyalty has to be earned, not assumed.

I left an ebook in my room and called to ask if the hotel had found it so I could come pick it up. They hung up on me five times before finally answering, and offered no help. The ebook was never found.
