Courtyard Battle Creek

The room was comfortable and spacious, with clean, well-kept surroundings and a bed that made it easy to sleep well. I also liked having a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The lobby felt bright and modern, with plenty of spots to sit and either work or unwind. Check-in at the Courtyard Marriott in Battle Creek, MI was smooth, and the staff greeted me warmly and handled everything professionally. A solid stay.

The room was roomy, and the price felt fair for what we got. What really stood out was how friendly everyone was. They checked in with us about our stay twice, and whenever staff saw us, they’d say hello and ask how we were doing. I’d be glad to stay here again.

Asia E made check-in feel easy, answering questions and sharing helpful information with patience. She was kind and attentive throughout, while still handling things efficiently. From the moment I arrived, her warm smile and professional manner made me feel welcome. Her attitude helped set a welcoming tone for my visit. The front desk is a business’s first impression, and Asia E showed what good service there can look like. One of my best front desk experiences.

The staff were wonderful, but the room needed a much better clean. There were pubic hairs in the bathroom sink that weren’t ours, and the floors hadn’t been vacuumed and had residue on them. It’s a nice hotel, just not very clean.
