UPDATE: We found roaches in the room. If I could rate this lower, I would. The man who checked me in was wonderful, but the night shift lady had a terrible attitude. My first room only worked once before the battery died, so I was moved. The second room had bed bugs, a bad smell, and was dirty. I asked the front desk lady for another room because of the bugs. She said she could move me once, but if I didn't like the room, I'd have to leave, and I could get a refund only if it wasn't too late. I stayed friendly and said I wasn't mad, but her attitude was awful. I've worked as a hotel cleaner and done laundry. If I'd cleaned a room or laundry like that, I would've been fired in a heartbeat. Don't stay here or even come near this place.

This seems like a useful place to get settled in the area if you're thinking about moving here on your own. It's also convenient if you're unwell or have medical tests or early or lengthy appointments, since medical professionals are nearby. Glad I visited.

I was here for work, and the hotel was very close to my job. The staff were great and kept my room clean. Even after I left my key in the car, everything was fine. While I was at work, housekeeping made the bed and cleaned, and all my belongings were still where I left them, including my PS5. I'm very happy with my stay.

The rooms are clean, everything works as advertised, and the staff are attentive. The owner is magnificent, and management is excellent. People are friendly, even sitting in the courtyard with their pets until sundown. Most guests behave well, and people who cause trouble get removed. Many blessings 🙏

We slept well on comfortable mattresses after long days exploring the region. The rooms were clean, the atmosphere welcoming, and the price affordable. This comfortable hotel in Battle Creek MI gave us what we needed without unnecessary extras that would raise the cost.
