Best Western Plus Battle Ground Inn & Suites

We were in town for a funeral, and the young Hawaiian woman working the front desk made our stay feel personal and welcoming. She connected with all seven of us, helped us find places to eat, and even looked up a doctor for my uncle. When I passed the desk later, she asked how he was doing. I can’t thank her enough for how cared for she made us feel. The whole staff was friendly and polite, and we kept seeing people cleaning throughout the day. Even the little things stood out: housekeeping would call the elevator for us as we walked toward it. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and clean.

The breakfast was better than the one at the nearby Best Western, and most of the stay was good. But housekeeping left the dirty, wet towels in the bathroom where I’d piled them instead of replacing them. That was inconvenient, and for the price, changing towels should be a basic part of cleaning.

After checkout, we realized a few hours later that our phone was missing, so we came back to look. Kelsei reassured us about the staff’s integrity and took us to our room to check whether it was still there. I really appreciated her effort to put us at ease. We eventually found the phone in our bag. Check-in was quick, and the clean, spacious room had cotton sheets and comfortable beds. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were great. Breakfast had the usual choices, plus organic yogurt and a nice hot entree selection. There wasn’t an EV connection.

On January 3rd, 2026, my daughter and I had a really enjoyable day thanks to the great service from Kelsei at the front desk. Also, the water pressure in our room was amazing.
