Big Chief Motel

For the area, where even the cheap hotels cost a lot, this one was a very good price. It was VERY CLEAN, the beds were nice and clean, and breakfast was included. They allow dogs, too, and the morning and night front desk ladies were both really nice. Will stay again.

The town is small, with a couple of neat things happening around the holidays. There are only two fast food spots nearby if you're in a hurry, but some good taverns and bars as well. Staff were friendly, and the lobby was cozy, with decent amenities in the rooms. It was a clean, great place to stay, a gem in the middle of nowhere. The train tracks across the road were a loud surprise at night since we hadn't known about them. It's not the hotel's fault, but we were woken by trains, so I wanted to mention it.

We were welcomed so graciously, even after hours, and appreciated the pet-friendly atmosphere. It was cozy and a worthwhile stop, even with other places nearby. One of the cleanest places I've ever visited. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

A flat tire sent us looking for a place to stay overnight, and we were pleasantly surprised by the room and service. The owner, who was working hard, checked us in. Our room was clean and smelled wonderful, with sparkling white towels, a fridge, microwave, cooktop, a beautiful hot shower, and comfortable beds. Continental breakfast was included. Parking was easy, and our dog was welcome for a small fee. The pool looked beautiful, though we didn't have time to use it. We'd highly recommend this place.
