The employees are courteous, and service matters a lot to me. That part is great. But the rooms, suites included, are kind of pricey for a standard hotel. If you’re scheduling an event in the “Meeting Room,” remind them again and again beforehand. They’ll forget things you’ve paid for that should already be in the computer system. Messing up an event the exact same way two years in a row is kind of embarrassing.

The staff seem to care about just about everything, and it’s usually good value for a small town. A very nice place to stay.

The room was comfortable, nice, and clean. The TV channels came in fuzzy, though, and the breakfast was really bland. Even the coffee wasn’t good.

The woman who checked us in was kind, and the staff are very friendly. We’ve stayed here for years and love the hotel, so this time was a real disappointment. I hope management sorts these problems out before our next trip, since we stay here a lot. Our family had five rooms: one on the second floor, two on the first, and two on the fourth. The shower had no hot water in rooms on the second and fourth floors, and one room had no air conditioning. The whole hotel was extremely hot during our stay, especially by the elevators. The furniture was in very poor shape, and the mattresses felt like lying on rocks. There were people arguing and fighting in nearby rooms all night, while kids ran through the hallways and rode the elevator up and down. Other guests told me they could smell weed and smoke everywhere. We also saw homeless people sitting in the parking lot. I love this hotel, but I don’t feel the staff can fix the furniture or air conditioning, and I hate that management is letting these conditions continue.
