The room itself was very nice, but the shower faucet was difficult to turn. There weren't any vending machines for inexpensive snacks, and they don't provide free breakfast. Not a great choice unless you've got money to spend.

I expected the cleanliness and service I'm used to at this Marriott, so this stay was a letdown. There was hair all over the bathroom and a handprint on the back of the door. They also charged me a duplicate deposit fee, and it still hasn't been resolved.

The pool was so cold we could barely dip our toes in, which meant we couldn't use it. The service was nice, though. There were also lots of kids screaming and running around in the lobby.

Check-in and check-out were flawless, and the customer service was excellent. My parents and I both had reservations. I checked in earlier in the week, but when my parents arrived at 3:25, they were told there was no room for them even though theirs was prepaid. The couple behind them got a room. I called the front desk after my parents came to my room and explained the problem, and then suddenly a room was available. Another morning, I ordered from the breakfast list that was supposed to be included with the stay and got charged $37.

The suite we booked for a cozy girls' night had been overbooked, and they couldn't find us another one. We were hoping for a hot tub, but that's on us for not checking first. The TV was hanging off the wall, held up with a bungee cord, and we couldn't stream the shows we'd planned to watch for movie night. Disappointing.
