The Historic Webster House

The staff kept checking in after a couple of brief problems: two Kuerigs had the same issues as the ones at home, since they wear out or malfunction quickly, and a fuse blew. They fixed everything fast and made sure we were all set. We felt well looked after from the start. They greeted us warmly, brought arrival wine and yummy cookies, and surprised my husband with a delicious birthday cake from a local bakery. The suite was relaxing and had spa amenities. They were also thorough and accommodating about my unusual food allergy. Before we left, we asked about a recipe and for an outdoor photo, and the staff responded very warmly. The suite was truly a one-of-a-kind experience. If there were more to do in Bay City, we'd definitely return.

The Keep room was spacious and comfortable for our one-night stay, and the spa and sauna were wonderful extras. We loved looking at the details in this beautiful historic house. Our host surprised us with a very tasty anniversary cake, and breakfast was delicious, generous, and enough to keep us full for the travel day. The owner and staff were all so friendly. We really enjoyed visiting Bay City and hope to return for the Christmas holiday to see the decorations. You'll have a fabulous time here.

The vegan breakfast was amazing and accommodated our dietary choices. They also provided complimentary drinks and snacks, though most weren't vegan. We did a relaxation staycation in The Keep Room with 90-minute massages. Having the massages on-site and in our room was nice, but we probably won't book them again. We likely won't use the seating and dining areas either, since the room gave us plenty of space. We do highly recommend the bed and breakfast and spa, and we'll definitely return to The Keep Room for more rest and relaxation.

We loved our one-night anniversary stay. The house was beautiful and quiet, and the location was great. Our room had a comfy bed and a jetted tub under skylights. Breakfast was home cooked and delicious, and the staff went above and beyond, even leaving a surprise slice of cake for our two-year anniversary. We hope to return. The Webster House works well if you're exploring Bay City or just want to spend the weekend cozied up in your room.
