I've enjoyed living here for two years. It's peaceful, the people who live here are great, and the building is organized and clean. The apartment complex is in a fantastic spot, very close to the beach.

Nearly two years here with my family, and it's been lovely. The place is clean, nice, and quiet. Management has always been available and helpful whenever something came up. Diego Vena has been our contact from the start and has quickly handled every question or concern. Really a lovely place.

A relaxed courtyard layout gives this garden-style community a peaceful, neighborhood feel that's unusual in Miami. I enjoy the outdoor space and the location, and it's been a very comfortable place to call home. Diego on the management team is friendly, easy to work with, and quick to respond when something comes up. Danny has also been excellent with maintenance, handling things promptly and professionally, without hassle. It's been a positive experience living here.
