Log Cabin Inn

The staff made this stay especially meaningful. When I got back from the hospital, they asked kindly about my mother, and that meant a lot. The place also felt quiet, clean, and comfortable, with a warm atmosphere and little touches like the cute lights around the pool. It's affordable and peaceful, and after finding Log Cabin Inn, I wouldn't look at another hotel in Bay Minette. I had a great stay and highly recommend it.

The housekeeping staff deserve real credit. My room was spotless, and they were attentive and thorough. The property itself is clean and well maintained. My experience with management was very different. The manager and her father, who also works there, were rude and dismissive. A simple issue turned into an unnecessary confrontation: they berated me and threatened me instead of dealing with it fairly. Her father also kept walking past the windows and looking in, which felt invasive and made me uncomfortable. I felt singled out and mistreated. Management's conduct was unacceptable, and I wouldn't recommend staying here if being treated respectfully matters to you.

We had a clean, nice room at a well-kept property, and we'd stay here again when we're in Bay Minette. That was thanks in part to the staff, who were so sweet and helpful after I realized I'd booked the wrong night by mistake. She found us a room for that night and helped sort out the booking so I could get a refund.

TJ and the rest of the team are always friendly and great to me. I've stayed here over the years and never had an issue. The room is clean and nice, and the TV has a million channels, haha. I'll be back in December for Christmas.
