Driftwood Motel

Really liked this little place. They had snacks and breakfast items available, and the pool had great music. My room was clean and had everything I needed. I'd definitely stay again.

We had a fun stay and will come back. People gathered outside at the tables and pool to talk, so it had a little community feel, and breakfast was good. The room and bathroom were so clean, probably the cleanest we've stayed in, and we travel often. The rooms are simple, nicely decorated, and supplied with what you need. We spotted the Driftwood Motel while driving on the highway to Bay St. Louis and liked its outside look, that old charm made new. We checked online and found it was better than expected for a reasonable price.

I was especially taken with the refreshments room, which they keep well stocked. You can tell they put thought into making each part of the motel helpful for travelers. Everything was very clean, easy to access whether arriving early or late, and help was just a phone call away. The place is convenient to get around from and right around the corner from the attractions and beach. We drove from New Orleans, an easy, quick trip, and had beautiful weather the whole time. It was a perfect setting for my team's company retreat. Highly recommend, and we'll be back soon.

Sheena and Daniel are wonderful hosts and managers. They made us feel at home, and the kitchen area was very clean and stocked with anything you need. Our room was cozy and clean, with a comfortable bed, and the pool was awesome. We watched the game on the big screen there Saturday night, and they offered drinks and Nachos. The renovation of this little motel is very well done, and it really feels like stepping back in time. We look forward to another stay and highly recommend it.
