Motel 6 Bay Saint Louis, MS

The staff were always kind, friendly, and accommodating, and management was helpful and nice. It was a cute, quiet place, and even during Cruising the Coast, everything went smoothly and stayed quiet. Our kids could play in the field or sit and read. I loved staying here and will keep coming back.

The rooms are usually clean, but they're very small and could use some TLC. My main issue is the price. The rates seem high for Motel 6 and what it offers. There are motels in Gulfport and Biloxi that are much nicer and about $20 a night cheaper. At times I've seen this place only eight or nine dollars less per night than the Hollywood Casino or the Silver Slipper. When I drive by, there are usually only three or four cars in the parking lot. I don't understand why they don't lower rates and rent more rooms when the large motel seems mostly empty.

The rooms are roomy and quiet, with a microwave and fridge. Coffee isn't in the room, but they serve it in the office every morning from 6-11. It's basic, very clean accommodation near everything along the main route in Bay St Louis. The location is great for an extremely reasonable price, and the staff are pleasant and welcoming. Good value, and I'd recommend it.

I couldn't leave a review on the booking site, so I'm putting one here instead. The service at the desk was great even before I got to my room. The beds are really comfortable, and there are unlimited towels. If you want reasonable prices and a good location, this is the Motel 6 to choose. In my opinion, it deserves five stars.
