Liz made us a delicious, lovely breakfast in the morning, and the Seaborn suite was spacious, clean, and really romantic. We spent Valentine's Day night here, and our room was upgraded at no extra cost, which was such a fun surprise. The staff made our short stay feel perfect. It's worth every penny, and I'd definitely come back.

The Ocean Bay House is a lovely place to stay if you're exploring Long Island's South Bay Area, with great restaurants and shops within walking distance. Breakfast is included and had enough to fuel a day out. We enjoyed the spacious common rooms and relaxing on the inviting, well-appointed front porch. The grounds are fun to walk around, right by a marina, and there's a pool with a nice patio for summer. Our room and bed were comfortable and well appointed, and the en suite was much larger than most, with plenty of room for toiletries. Check-in and checkout were very easy and efficient, and the staff were professional and friendly. We had a lovely anniversary weekend getaway.

I wish I'd had more time at The Ocean Bay House. I stayed there the night before my wedding, and Liz was an amazing, accommodating host who made it memorable. The snow on the grounds looked magical. The place is beautiful, cozy, and stunning. The Seaborn Suite is huge, with a gorgeous view and plenty of room for my wedding gown and luggage, plus space to get ready. I'm so grateful I got to stay at this beautiful B&B. Thank you, Liz.

Liz helped us prepare for the morning ceremony and was attentive throughout. She arranged continental breakfast for the early risers and a hot breakfast for everyone who had more time. We booked the entire home for my daughter's wedding weekend with family and a few friends, and had a wonderful time. The Ocean Bay House was lovely, clean, and convenient to Bay Shore. I only wish the weather had let us enjoy the beautiful outdoor areas. We'd recommend this B & B.

We only live 15 minutes away, but we'll be back. The East End room was beautiful, quiet, relaxing, and looked out over the water. I'm gluten free, and Liz made sure there were plenty of breakfast choices for me each morning. My husband and I stayed here the night before our wedding down the road from The Ocean Bay House last year, then came back for our anniversary this past weekend. We love the house, and Liz, the owner, is so kind and accommodating. It's a perfect little weekend away. Highly recommend The Ocean Bay House.
