Check-in was easy after I made a reservation ahead of time, and I’ve had no problems over the two nights so far. A kid ran around in the room above me until about 11 the first night. That’s a parenting issue, not Comfort Suites’ fault. So far, so good.

I only stayed briefly because I wanted to get back on the road, so I skipped the included breakfast. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, the air conditioner worked great, and both the room and bathroom were clean. It’s close to the freeway exit and cost about $100 for the night. I was in room 104 and recommend the Baytown Comfort Inn I-10.

I wasn’t expecting a fancy hotel, just somewhere reasonably clean and in decent shape. Instead, the shower was grimy, the floor corners were gunky, and there was something in the toilet when we arrived. There was hair on the floor and a huge gap under the door. The couch was broken and disgusting, and the TV stand was broken and wobbly. I’m very dissatisfied and don’t understand the good rating.

The cleaning here is impeccable. My room was very spacious, with plenty of room for luggage and to spread out. A really nice place to stay.
