I come back whenever I get the chance because the rooms are always clean and the staff are super helpful. Pamela at the front desk is a ray of sunshine, always pleasant and smiling. I have packages sent to the hotel, and she texts me when they arrive. I’d recommend staying here.

I was here for a hiring event, so I can’t speak to the rooms. Inside looked and smelled clean, and even the window glass was so clear it seemed invisible. The decor gives the place a high class look, there’s plenty of roomy parking out front, and the receptionist was polite.

My youngest sister left her stuffed animal here during our weekend stay. Getting it back should have been a quick lost and found pickup, but the man at the desk deliberately ignored both me and my sister. He also wouldn’t answer the phone when my stepmother and father called. I’m very disappointed in Stateside, especially as a club member. Do better, Stateside.

We paid $146 with tax for a one bedroom suite, and it wasn’t worth the price. We’ve stayed at several Staybridge Suites around the country and usually like the brand. At first the room looked nice, but then we noticed large, obvious stains on both the couch and chair. A wet vac could have taken them out, which makes it feel like hotel furniture is rarely cleaned. The paint, shower caulking, and bathroom tile all looked like sloppy renovation work. Cleanliness overall was below average, too. There was a ball of black hair in front of the toilet, and neither of us has black hair. Disgusting. I booked because of the reviews, but our experience didn’t match theirs. I wouldn’t stay here again.
