The beds were really comfortable, and the rooms were spotless. We also barely heard other guests through the walls or floors. Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, and we could walk to everything we needed while still being close to the freeway. The washers and dryers all worked, though they cost a bit more than at other Townplaces. We’ll be back.

The rooms were roomy and clean, and the indoor pool was well kept too. Breakfast was only so-so, but we managed.

The place was in great shape and very clean. Service was great too. I'd recommend it.

A broken side door lock means anyone can get into the building without being noticed. It would probably take just a few minutes of work and a quick trip to Home Depot to fix. On top of that, customer service wasn't good, and they seem to be cutting back on things that used to be included, like body wash, hand soap, and lotion. It feels like they don't care about service or the guest experience.

The shower barely had any water coming out, and it was lukewarm. Internet access was almost nonexistent, and the desk clerk seemed more focused on her phone than helping us sort it out. I'm sure there are better places to stay. These hotels don't seem to care about your comfort or your stay.
