Sam & Alura were welcoming, genuine, and helpful without being intrusive, and they make a mean breakfast. The inn is in a great spot in downtown Beaufort, just a few blocks from Front St., its cute shops, rooftop restaurants, and gorgeous waterfront views. Being close to New Bern & Morehead City is a plus, too. Three of us girlfriends had a ball here. The rooms are all pretty and unique, each with its own en suite bathroom. The common areas looked beautiful dressed up for Christmas, and we loved spending time on the porches. I can’t wait to return in spring and see the garden in full bloom. It seems perfect for a small wedding and reception, a family gathering, or a romantic glass of wine with your “honey!” Don’t miss this gem in the heart of Beaufort, NC!

The beds were so comfortable, and the views are beautiful. I loved spending time outside on the big porch, with its comfy seating. The rooms are gorgeous, and I LOVE the garden tubs. Bathrooms had plenty of toiletries and goodies, too. Breakfast was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE! 10/10 recommend. Go treat yourself RIGHT NOW! Thankyou Ann Street Inn, I’ll be back soon

** UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT ** We reached out on Thanksgiving morning after a last-minute change of plans, and by noon the host and hostess had a room ready for us. No other places were even answering. They went above and beyond. The hospitality and food were amazing, and the place has been completely renovated. The new owners bought it two or three months ago, so ignore reviews from before then. They have hospitality experience and have done an amazing job upgrading everything. They were so pleasant to talk to!

The front porch was lovely, wide, and open, and the yard looked nicely landscaped and pretty. The new owners have made such wonderful changes. You can tell they love the Ann Street Inn. It met all my expectations, and I’ll definitely be back!

We were the first guests at Ann St Inn with the new owners, and what a treat! They couldn’t have been more inviting or friendly. Our room was fancy, with a big soaking tub, nice-smelling soap, and thick towels. Breakfast was fancy and very good, too. Shops and dining are an easy walk away. Beautiful place, and we’ll definitely stay at Ann St Inn again. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Celeste and Danny Wells
