We had a standard room, but it was bigger than junior suites at many hotels, and everything was clean. Staff kept it that way and were always smiling and ready to help. We arrived in Beaufort two hours early, called about checking in, and the front desk was accommodating. When we got there, they remembered my name. The tropical decor gave the hotel a Margaritaville feel. At 5 O'clock Somewhere Bar, the two bartenders were engaging and fantastic. They told us about their training with corporate staff, which showed how much the company values customer service. On Saturday afternoon there was entertainment by the pool, and we spent four hours enjoying the music and tropical drinks. We had an excellent stay and would gladly come back. I highly recommend this location.

We were looking forward to the hotel's opening and will be back soon. The best part is that we can bring our four-legged child along. We checked in today and had dinner at the restaurant tonight, and the staff made us feel welcome right away. Ashley at the front desk was friendly, helpful, and had a beautiful smile. Alejandra was busy welcoming and helping everyone. Our server, Kennedy, was exceptional, made good conversation, and looked us in the eyes when she spoke, which says a lot to me.

The food and drinks were good, and the bar staff and trainers were upbeat and friendly. The room was clean, and the staff were nice, but we left a day early because we couldn't rest with the thin walls. We heard everything from the rooms next door. When we left, management just said goodbye instead of asking how they could make things right. I'm not sure they have it together yet. We love Beaufort, NC, and had booked a suite online for the weekend. At check-in, which was slow but understandable for a newly opened place, we were told there were no suites and offered a balcony room instead. That wasn't what we expected, especially since we'd paid for a suite, and I think the managers could have handled it differently. The website says valet parking is mandatory at $15 a day, but we were allowed to park ourselves.

A private balcony looked over the resort pool and Beaufort Yacht Basin marina from our suite. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and housekeeping was very nice and made sure we were comfortable. The property is handicap accessible and has a pool chair, plenty of parking, a gym, and a small gift shop with good snacks. We could dock a boat up to 100 feet on site, with the marina office near the picnic area. The location made it easy to explore. Historic downtown, the Old Burying Grounds, and the ferry to Shackleford Banks or Cape lookout were a short distance away. We spotted wild horses across from downtown, thanks to a tip from Sarah at the front desk. There are lots of islands to visit from here, and I'd love to return. We also went to the NC Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores, about 20 minutes away, and I thought it was worth the drive. I saw a diving school next door, and the airport nearby offers sky diving. This would be a great base for events like the Big Rock Blue Marlin Tournament. The stay was relaxing from the start, thanks to genuinely welcoming hospitality and a helpful front desk team who shared local suggestions with a smile. I liked the infused water in the coffee area, and noticed a meeting space with frosted windows near the restaurant. The food I tried was delicious. The buffet-style breakfast was included and had a nice spread of fresh fruit, bacon, sausage, and more. Jeff and the rest of the crew paid great attention and gave fantastic service. I also had an amazing skinny margarita. Thank you for the hospitality, Beaufort. See you again soon.

I drove from Wilmington to Beaufort to visit family and stopped by on 3/7/26 to see the hotel and have lunch. The burger and chicken wrap were great. Sharon at the front desk knew a lot about the hotel and the area, showed us around, and gave us rates. We plan to stay here on our next visit, hopefully during spring break.
