SpringHill Suites Beaufort

I hadn't stayed at a hotel in many years, and this one was very nice. It smelled clean, and they serve breakfast. The only thing I didn't know was that you have to ask for daily towel replacement. So ask, and you're good to go.

The location felt central to where I needed to be, everything was clean, and breakfast was great. The cameras around the property added to my sense of security. One odd thing: the front door is shut at 7 pm each night, and you need a card to get in. The linens also smelled too strongly of fabric softener.

Mrs. Karen is the GOAT. She made sure I got amazing customer service, and the front desk team was great. The breakfast attendants were kind and helpful too. The elevator worked on my first night, when I was on the second floor with two heavy work bags that couldn't stay in my car. Then it stopped working, so for two days I had to carry them up and down the stairs despite my bad back and knees. At checkout I had four bags to get downstairs with no elevator!

I had a comfortable stay, with enough room for everyone and a nice pullout bed. It was easy to book, and I didn't hear noise outside our room. The TV worked well, the air conditioning was on point, and everyone had a hot shower. Breakfast was basic, but okay. There's a small office area where I used the printer, which worked well, and the workout room was good.
