Ally and Maggi make guests feel at home. They have wonderful personalities and go out of their way to make sure we have what we need, whether that's food or a drink. We've made a point of coming back to this hotel because of them, and I hope their professionalism and quality of service are recognized. My one gripe is that the bar has no foot bar, so sitting there isn't comfortable.

My husband and I had been enjoying a comfortable stay on January 29, 2026, and thought the hotel was amazing until loud banging and moaning from a nearby room woke us up. We tried calling the front desk to speak with Ms. Krystal, ask for a wellness check, and get the noise dealt with, but nobody answered. My husband went down to report it and saw Ms. Krystal coming out of the room making the noise, Room 224. We found that extremely unprofessional and hadn't realized staff could behave that way with guests. It left us very uncomfortable and overshadowed what had been a pleasant stay. We won't be back.

The room was clean and super affordable, a good deal for the price. There are lots of good places to eat nearby, which was convenient. Kyra and Victoria were especially friendly and helpful and made the stay better. I'd definitely come back.

The beds were surprisingly comfortable, and service, location, and the employees all get five stars. The hotel is huge and built around the lobby, so sound echoes and it's very loud. There's no vent fan in the bathroom, meaning the whole room knows when nature calls. I'd use the lobby restroom for that. That's my only real complaint. I didn't eat at the restaurant, so I can't comment on its food or drinks.

The employees were nice, and everything was very clean. We went for a short two-day getaway, and the pool was open. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the bar stayed open until 11 PM. I'd stay here again.
