The Seasons Lodge at Arrowhead left us questioning both the price and the basic upkeep. The room was dusty, the carpet stained, the furniture worn, and there was a lingering musty odor. The bathroom fan barely worked, the shower temperature swung dangerously, and housekeeping didn't refresh anything during our stay. Getting to the slopes was not as advertised. It only counts as ski-in/ski-out when the Arrow Bahn lift is running, and it often wasn't. When it was closed, we had to wait on unreliable shuttles, which took away the convenience we were paying for. There are no restaurant or bar options at the lodge, and the village is pretty much dead after 5 PM. The building seemed neglected, with ceiling leaks, weak insulation, possibly outdated smoke detectors, water damage in hallways, flickering lights, and cracked drywall. The fire alarm went off one night for no apparent reason, and staff didn't respond properly. We reported no hot water, faulty heat, and loose outlet covers, but got vague promises or no response. The front desk made us feel like a bother. I'd look closer to Beaver Creek proper, or somewhere with functioning infrastructure and competent management.
