The location made this stay: Beaver Creek Village was right next door, and the lifts were only about a four-minute walk away. Unit 418 was clean and comfortable, with a full-size, well-equipped kitchen and excellent full bathrooms. Parking for one vehicle was easy, and there was a nice ski locker room. We had a wonderful seven nights and would love to come back. Thanks, St. James Place!

The fireworks over the mountain were my favorite part of our Thanksgiving visit, and sampling the cookies at the village's Chocolate Chip Cookie contest was fun too. The staff were amazing and helpful. The location is right in the heart of Beaver Creek Village, though we did run into a few small maintenance issues in the unit.

The staff were very nice and kept trying to help, and the location is great. But our room was quite dirty when we arrived. There was dust everywhere, wet towels in the dryer, a dirty headboard on the Murphy bed, and a previous renter's bathing suit in a dresser drawer. The carpets all need replacing, and there was no travel shampoo or soap in the bathrooms. It was also hot in the unit, which had no air conditioning. I know most units are like that, but having air would have been welcome. After we complained, they sent another cleaner. They also gave us the credit we requested, but then charged us again, so I had to contact them to fix the incorrect charge. Not sure I'd stay again 🤔

We arrived during Fourth of July week and I complained right away because the room smelled like someone had been smoking in it. It was immediately obvious, and it wasn't the dusty boot downstairs. I spoke with the general manager, who said she'd follow up. When I hadn't heard anything the next day, I called and left a message. No reply. As we were leaving, I spoke with her in person and she again said she'd get back to me. I asked for a couple of days' compensation for the inconvenience, which seemed like a no-brainer, but I never heard from her. I also described the smoke issue in the survey and still nobody called. I'm very dissatisfied with management's follow-up. It felt like they ignored me and hoped I'd go away. I don't know why they send surveys if they don't respond.
