The front desk team was welcoming, warm, and professional from check-in through check-out. They handled every request helpfully and kept things running smoothly. Their upbeat attitude really shaped the stay. I appreciate the service and would happily come back. Highly recommend!

The rooms were modern and very clean, and the service was friendly. I would recommend staying here, though the polyester sheets are the reason I didn't give five stars. I took off the top sheet, and the cotton comforter and pillowcases made the bedding more comfortable. I hate when hotels use cheap polyester sheets to save a buck. We pay for a hotel to sleep, and poor sleep from cheap bedding doesn't feel worth the money. Still, some of the bedding was cotton, and the staff were very friendly.

The beds were comfortable once we got new sheets without hair, and the location right off the freeway was convenient. That's about all I can say for the stay. Our first room was nice but the door wouldn't lock. Staff switched us, and seemed to know about the problem already. In the next room, the curtains were torn and the window and curtains were open. The screen was nearly detached, as if someone might have entered through the window. The sheets were covered in hair, and the coffee maker was broken. Every outlet cover was broken or missing. The AC had exposed copper wire, and the ice machine had a cooling rack for a tray and plumbing that looked loose and not up to code. There was pet hair everywhere, the bathroom was atrocious, with gunk at the bottom of the toilet and mildew all over the shower. The lighting was dim and ominous. At breakfast, nothing was ready. We had to make waffles from batter that had been sitting out, the eggs and sausage were cold, and the raw waffle mix had cross-contaminated the utensils. A group of workers from a nearby building came in and ate all the food, though they weren't staying at the hotel. On the way to check out, we saw brown water dripping from the ceiling and a puddle on the floor. When we said we wouldn't stay here on our way back, they cancelled the reservation but wouldn't refund us. The person apologized without arguing, as if they knew the hotel was bad. They were happy to give us things whenever we asked, but that didn't make up for the problems. Disgusting.

The parking setup is perfect for trailers, with a large lot. There's also a good restaurant across the parking lot, try the Monte Cristo. The pool is big enough to swim and loosen up muscle tension, and the hot tub is great too. The hotel feels a little dated, but seems reasonable for the price.
