Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Beavercreek-Dayton

During a major snowstorm, the parking lot had been plowed but the driveway hadn't been cleared properly, and I and other people got stuck. My vehicle was badly damaged because of it. The elevator was also broken, and with the hotel under major construction, there was stuff scattered around. The front desk staff weren't very friendly. I wouldn't recommend the place and won't be back.

The charging setup was the main reason I picked this hotel, and it only offers CCS, not Tesla NACS. Since NACS is by far the more dominant standard, the choice seems surprising, and possibly deliberate to make the service unusable. I stay in Dayton often, but wouldn't choose this place again over the charging situation alone. The Tru by Hilton north of here is much nicer and has free NACS and CCS charging, so I'll stick with that. The rest of this stay disappointed too: stained and missing carpet, aging facilities, a janky elevator, and questionable staff.

The location was the one good thing. The staff member wasn't welcoming unless I greeted her first, and she kept disappearing into the back room with the light off. Breakfast upset my stomach, and I couldn't finish what I'd taken. The bacon was paper thin and disgusting, and the coffee was so dark and bitter even with creamer. In the room, I noticed stains on the wall behind the pull-out bed in its reflection, and something under the sheet smelled like maybe pee. The carpet was stained and dirty, and the shower pan made a loud noise when I shifted around.

The staff were very friendly, and the remodeled bathroom was clean. The rest of the basics were a problem, though. My room was very dirty, the blankets smelled like body odor, and the water was shut off without explanation. Breakfast was meant to start at 0600, but not all the food was available. The elevator doors kept sticking, and I had to help them close; it also made loud noises. I wouldn't suggest this hotel if you expect basic things like cleanliness, water, breakfast, and safety.
