We come back here every year when traveling to Ohio, and the staff are always warm, friendly, and helpful. The property looks nearly brand new, and it's clean and well cared for. Rooms have roomy, spacious layouts, and breakfast is awesome and included. Absolutely amazing hotel. I'd highly recommend it to anyone staying around Beavercreek.

The location is fantastic, with plenty of shopping and places to eat, and the staff were super friendly. Breakfast had a decent range, from eggs, sausage, and waffles to muffins and cereal, but refills were slow even though it was busy. After breakfast, none of the tables had been wiped and the floors hadn't been swept. The lobby's main floors also didn't look like they'd been mopped in a while. Why isn't cleanliness a priority anymore? In my room, the bed seemed clean, which matters a lot to me. The bathroom seemed clean except for the floor, but the microwave was filthy, and there was a nasty looking glob on the drawer below the TV. It wasn't the worst place I've stayed, so I'd come back.

Sam took really good care of us, and everyone was friendly and kind. Breakfast was pretty good, with egg frittata, waffles, muffins, and oatmeal with toppings. They even had oatmeal, which was great for allergies and intolerances. Amy, I think that was her name, was helpful, and the new breakfast lady was patient on the holiday. Breakfast hours should be longer on holidays. I teach my grandkids to swim, so please keep the pool. A jacuzzi would be nice too, but there wasn't one. I'm unhappy that Marriott properties are closing pools, since that's half the reason I stay. As a designer, I also didn't think the pillows looked good. They didn't fit, and the orange color detracted from the room. Smaller pillows in gold to match, or regular nice colored pillows, would be better.

Sam made our short Beavercreek visit memorable. He checked us in, explained what was around the area, brought our luggage cart downstairs from our room, and took a family photo for us. He made us feel so welcome that he made the stay entirely worthwhile. The hotel is conveniently located for shopping and eating out, and we'll definitely return. Thank you, Sam!

We booked two rooms for Thanksgiving weekend and couldn't be happier. The hotel was great and clean, the staff exceptional, and the location was excellent for shopping and food. We will definitely stay again!
