The staff were attentive, very friendly, and seemed genuinely happy to be there. Katrina, the manager, especially stood out. Thanks to the whole team! The hotel was quiet and close to the airport, with a shuttle that made getting to the airport and subway easy. There are good restaurants, shops, and bars nearby. The gym had all the gear needed for a workout, whether you're staying a short time or longer. The American-style breakfast was excellent, with a very wide selection. Rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed, including a microwave, toiletries, hair dryer, and iron.

The staff were attentive, friendly, and truly glad to help. Thank you all! The location was ideal, right at the airport, and the shuttle made it easy to get to both the airport and metro. There are good restaurants and bars nearby, and the gym has the equipment you need. The amenities made it easy to relax while traveling. Breakfast was excellent, and the rooms were comfortable.

Our family had a good experience, especially considering what the hotel is and what we expected. It's a fast-paced place, but the staff get things done and were attentive when they could be. M.J. at the counter deserves a mention for accommodating us however she could, even with a demanding schedule and a busy lobby. I really have no complaints.

The front desk staff were really sweet and helpful, and free breakfast is a plus. The rooms were a letdown, though, not as nice as I'd expected. There were lots of blemishes on the walls and in the bathroom that looked quickly repaired and poorly finished, and the carpet in our room was pretty dirty. The deposit is $100, so be ready for that. Still, a decent option.

The food keeps me coming back, especially the fresh, locally sourced ingredients. It always leaves me wanting more. Marquette Park also has a calm atmosphere, with well-kept gardens and comfortable places to sit, making it nice for a picnic or a quiet read. Every time I visit, the staff greet me warmly and take care of things quickly in a friendly, personal way. A hidden gem, and an easy five stars.
